Shipping policy

We do our best to ensure your caramels arrive in excellent condition, even in hot weather. If temperatures exceed 75°F, we will ship your caramels with complimentary cold packs and insulated packaging to prevent melting.

  • These shipping methods are necessary to ensure that your chocolate does NOT melt in transit.

  • We do not ship orders the same day we receive them but they will be shipped the following day.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska

  • We do not ship internationally.

To make sure orders do not sit on a hot truck over a weekend, Betty ships orders Monday through Thursday. Any order received Between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

We ship all orders Fedex and UPS so please provide a physical shipping address, not a PO Box.

Betty reserves the right to change the date of your shipment to a new day if we anticipate a delay in the shipping process. We want your order to be perfect.

Delivery (Important - Please Read)

When the waether is warmer, typically from April to October we make sure to package your order with gel packs and insulation to ensure that your chocolate arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please do not leave your delivery in a hot or sunny location. It would be best to make sure you are home for your delivery, but if not have the delivery service leave it in a shaded, preferably cool location. Betty knows you might be ordering a gift for someone, and we ask that you let them know a package is coming so they can be home for delivery.

If you notice an error on your order, please notify by calling 802-540-8378 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fix the error before your order is shipped.
